At Doodlee Woodlee, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. All shipping details, timelines, and responsibilities are outlined below. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier services. While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delivery times are not guaranteed, and Doodlee Woodlee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We ship all orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, including address, pin code, and contact details. Orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses may be returned to Doodlee Woodlee. In such cases, customers will have the option to reship their order at an additional cost. If the customer chooses not to reship, refunds will be issued after deducting any shipping charges incurred. Doodlee Woodlee is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery to the address provided.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products, delivery location, and shipping method selected. Any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, customs clearance procedures may delay delivery. Customers are responsible for providing necessary documentation for customs clearance where required.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable) to monitor your shipment. Doodlee Woodlee uses reliable courier services, but we cannot guarantee delivery times or courier performance. Please note that delivery dates provided by couriers are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

If your package is returned to Doodlee Woodlee due to customer refusal, incomplete address, incorrect pin code, or unavailability, we may offer reshipment at an additional shipping cost, as communicated to you via email. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, COD charges are non-refundable in case of return or reshipment. Certain products, including stickers, custom items, and made-to-order products, are non-returnable, and shipping charges for reshipment are the customer’s responsibility.
