Customers must inspect their orders immediately upon delivery and contact Doodlee Woodlee at doodleedoodles@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence if a product is defective or damaged. Replacement of defective products will be at the sole discretion of Doodlee Woodlee, and no cash refunds will be provided. Minor differences in color, size, or print due to production processes or screen display are not considered defects. By placing an order, you accept these terms and acknowledge that stickers and related products are non-returnable.

Doodlee Woodlee is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party shipping providers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. In cases where packages are returned to the origin due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, incorrect pin codes, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, Doodlee Woodlee may offer reshipment at the customer’s cost or issue a credit after deducting shipping fees, depending on the situation. Doodlee Woodlee reserves the right to refuse reshipment or refunds in cases where orders are misused or returned repeatedly.
